Why is Lauren Boebert ditching her 3rd Congressional District?

When Lauren Boebert narrowly won her seat by only 546 back in 2022, she branded herself as an outspoken MAGA Republican who vowed to shake things up in Washington. According to Axios, Trump won Colorado’s 4th District by a whopping 16 percentage points in 2020, 10 more than the 3rd.

Boebert has been struggling with her public image throughout 2023, most notably after she and a date were kicked out of a performance of Beetlejuice the musical back in September for vaping, groping each other, and disruptive behavior during the show.

LAUREN BOEBERT GETS OUTPERFORMED AGAIN AS SHE CLIMBS UPHILL FOR RE-ELECTION

According to campaign finance data submitted to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) covering January 1 to September 20, Frisch brought in over $7.7 million in campaign donations, against Boebert’s $2.4 million. In the third quarter cycle alone, with filings submitted between July 1 and September 30, Frisch brought in an impressive $3.4 million, while Boebert only managed $854,000.As if his numbers weren’t impressive enough, the amount makes him the House candidate to bring in the third-largest amount of donations, following former Republican House speaker Kevin McCarthy, who brought in over $14 million, and Democrat Minority Leader Hakeen Jeffries, who brought in close to $8 million.

Jokic perfect from field, line for 11th triple-double of the season, Nuggets beat Grizzlies 142-105

DENVER (AP) — Nikola Jokic was perfect from the field and free throw line, finishing with 26 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists as the Denver Nuggets posted their highest point total of the season in a 142-105 win over the short-handed Memphis Grizzlies on Thursday night. Jokic was 11 for 11 from the field, hit his only 3-point try and went 3 for 3 from the line. The performance followed another near-perfect outing after he converted all 18 free throws Monday in a 120-114 win over Golden State. It was the 116th regular-season triple-double of Jokic’s career, and that ranks fourth all-time in NBA history and 22 behind Magic Johnson for third place. Russell Westbrook tops the list with 198, and Oscar Robertson has 181 all-time.
