Women are more faithful than men, and other myths on female infidelity.

Women are more faithful than men. Women cheat for love; men cheat for sex. Women are less sexually adventurous than men. It’s a script that many of us – whether clinicians or Hollywood – follow when thinking about female sexuality. Yet it’s a script based on unfounded assumptions about the way women view, pursue and engage in sex, writes Wednesday Martin, author of “Untrue,” in which she mined the data and interviewed 30 experts and women from all walks of life to uncover the facts about female sexuality. In her book, Martin addresses some of the most common myths and misconceptions about women and sex.

Myth: Women cheat for ‘emotional’ reasons.

When women are unfaithful, it’s easy to assume that they cheat out of dissatisfaction with their relationship, because they fall in love with someone else or because they’re looking for a way to end their marriage.

What are Blues (M30s)? Are They Dangerous?

M30s or “blues” are opiate-based prescription opioids. They contain 30 mg of oxycodone. The pills are stamped with an “M” logo on one end and the number 30 imprinted on the other. Counterfeit versions of oxycodone medication contain illegally manufactured fentanyl. Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid prescribed for severe pain. This is one of the most powerful prescription painkillers on the market. These fake M30s are made with a pill press and include fentanyl. The pills are sold by many drug dealers as real Oxy pills to unsuspecting buyers, fueling the nation’s opioid crisis. However, it’s a highly addictive drug and very dangerous when misused. Counterfeit pills containing fentanyl vary in risk but can be deadly if they contain a dosage high enough to be fatal.

What are the Ingredients in Blues?

Blues are one of the most commonly abused painkillers. Due to the high illegal demand for the drug, they’re sometimes counterfeited or laced with fentanyl. Fentanyl is stronger and deadlier than oxycodone. Each 30 mg tablet contains 27 mg of oxycodone. They also contain:

  • Polysorbate 80
  • Red iron oxide
  • Black iron oxide
  • Yellow iron oxide

The Zone

Phoenix’s largest homeless encampment, ‘The Zone,’ is now gone.

It was where she lived for more than a year, and now her home is gone. On Wednesday morning, Jill Venturella walked away from the last standing block of “The Zone,” Phoenix’s largest homeless encampment, as officials started to clear the street. She was saying she wasn’t sure where she was headed when a friend found her. He hugged her, and they both started to cry. The Zone is now fully cleared, three days ahead of the deadline set by a judge who declared the encampment a public nuisance. The tents and people are gone, leaving behind bare and quiet streets.

Feelings were raw during the final cleanup of The Zone, which took place on Jackson Street between 9th and 11th avenues. People who had lived there for years were hesitant to leave it behind. Belongings were packed into green trash bins provided by the city before people got in the back of cars to take them to shelter.
